  "content": "These terms cover your use of Launko, the websites and tools Launko provides for your business, and what you can expect from us.\n\n## What Launko is\n\nLaunko is a product of Perditio. Launko sells a launch ready business: a brand, a business website, offers with starting prices, a customer conversion flow, operating tools and hosting.\n\nExploring, liking brands, previewing websites and creating a free account are free. Launching a brand is a one time purchase, followed by a monthly Launko fee for hosting, site care and sales tools, both shown before you pay.\n\n## Your account\n\nYou sign in with an email link. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure and for activity in your account and in businesses where you hold a role.\n\nAnything you do without an account stays on the device you used. It is not saved to Launko until you create an account.\n\n## Your business and your content\n\nYou own the business you launch, the name you choose, the photos, words, offers and reviews you add, and the customer records your website collects. Launko hosts them for you and does not sell them.\n\nStarter brand marks, names and copy are provided as a starting point. You are responsible for checking that a name or mark does not conflict with an existing trademark in your category before you rely on it.\n\nYou may not use Launko to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing or harmful. Launko may take a site offline that violates these terms.\n\n## Web addresses\n\nNothing is registered until your launch payment succeeds. One standard web address for the first year is included up to the published allowance; premium addresses show their extra cost before checkout.\n\nRegistered web addresses are yours. Renewal and transfer follow the registrar's rules, and we tell you before a renewal is due.\n\n## Payments and refunds\n\nThe launch price and the monthly fee are shown at checkout. Monthly fees stop when you cancel hosting; your site stays live until the end of the period you paid for.\n\nPayments your customers make through your site go to you through the payments provider you connect. Launko is not a party to the sale between you and your customer.\n\n## What Launko does not do\n\nLaunko does not form a legal entity, register your business with any government, provide legal, tax or financial advice, or guarantee customers or income. Starting prices, setup cost ranges and market research are informational.\n\n## Changes to these terms\n\nWhen these terms change we update the version number and effective date on this page and record which version you accepted at account creation and at checkout.
