  "content": "What Launko collects, why, and the controls you have. Written for owners, not lawyers.\n\n## What we collect\n\nAccount: your email, name, phone, time zone, country and market if you add them.\n\nBusiness: the brand you chose, your website style, name and web address, photos, words, offers, reviews, social links and team members.\n\nCustomers of your business: the names, emails, phone numbers, messages, bookings and orders people submit on your website. You control this data; Launko processes it for you.\n\nUsage: which brands you view, like or pass on, which website styles you try, and the steps you take toward launch. These signals personalize your Market and Find my business results.\n\n## How we use it\n\nTo run your website and tools, to personalize recommendations, to send sign in links, invites, receipts and the notifications you turn on, and to understand which parts of Launko work.\n\nWe do not sell personal data. We do not use your customers' data for anything other than running your business.\n\n## Without an account\n\nBefore you create an account, your likes, passes and drafts live only on your device. They are merged into your account when you sign in and are not stored by Launko before that.\n\n## Your controls\n\nProduct analytics can be switched off in Account > Privacy. Your site still records the visits and actions your business needs to operate.\n\nYou can export everything tied to your account as a file, and you can delete your account. Deletion removes your account, the businesses you own, their customers and messages, and your liked brands. Web addresses you registered stay yours.\n\n## Providers\n\nLaunko uses providers for authentication email, payments, web address registration, hosting and storage. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
