What Launko collects, why, and the controls you have. Written for owners, not lawyers.
What we collect
Account: your email, name, phone, time zone, country and market if you add them.
Business: the brand you chose, your website style, name and web address, photos, words, offers, reviews, social links and team members.
Customers of your business: the names, emails, phone numbers, messages, bookings and orders people submit on your website. You control this data; Launko processes it for you.
Usage: which brands you view, like or pass on, which website styles you try, and the steps you take toward launch. These signals personalize your Market and Find my business results.
How we use it
To run your website and tools, to personalize recommendations, to send sign in links, invites, receipts and the notifications you turn on, and to understand which parts of Launko work.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your customers' data for anything other than running your business.
Without an account
Before you create an account, your likes, passes and drafts live only on your device. They are merged into your account when you sign in and are not stored by Launko before that.
Your controls
Product analytics can be switched off in Account > Privacy. Your site still records the visits and actions your business needs to operate.
You can export everything tied to your account as a file, and you can delete your account. Deletion removes your account, the businesses you own, their customers and messages, and your liked brands. Web addresses you registered stay yours.
Providers
Launko uses providers for authentication email, payments, web address registration, hosting and storage. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. In demo mode no external provider is contacted and nothing leaves your device.
Changes to this policy
We update the version and dates on this page when the policy changes and record the version you accepted at account creation and at checkout.
